Usually the same day on weekdays. If you reach out in the evening or on a weekend, expect a reply by the next morning at the latest.

For most small repairs, yes. A short description plus a couple of photos is usually enough for a flat-rate ballpark before I drive out.
What's your minimum?
Visits start at $150. Bundling pays off, since most of the time on a small job is loading the truck and driving over, so stacking a few items into one visit drops the per-item cost quick.
