Cleaner Vent, Safer Home.
Three reasons this is one of the highest-ROI 90 minutes you'll spend on your house all year.
- 01
Full Line, Not Just the Trap
Cleaning the lint trap isn't enough. We brush the whole duct run from the dryer to the exterior hood, plus the flap and termination, where most clogs actually form.
- 02
Flat Visit Fee
One set price for a standard ground-floor vent. Roof terminations and unusually long runs are quoted up front before we start, never surprise-added on the invoice.
- 03
Airflow Tested Before We Leave
After cleaning, we run the dryer on heat and measure airflow at the hood. We don't call it done until clothes are drying in one cycle again.

Dryer Vent Cleaning, Explained.
Is your dryer taking two cycles to dry a load? That's the most common sign your vent line is clogged with lint. We hear it from folks in Mulino, Molalla and Oregon City a lot, especially in homes where the laundry room is on an interior wall and the vent run is 15 or 20 feet long with a couple of elbows. Lint builds up where the duct changes direction, airflow drops, the dryer cycles longer and longer, and eventually the thermal fuse pops or (worst case) lint near the heating element catches.
Is dryer lint really a fire risk? Yes, and not a small one. The U.S. Fire Administration estimates roughly 2,900 home clothes dryer fires per year, with failure to clean being the leading factor. Lint is highly flammable, and a clogged vent traps the heat right where it can ignite. That's not a scare tactic; it's the reason this is one service we never skip a step on.
How does the cleaning actually work? We disconnect the dryer from the wall, brush the line with a flexible rotating rod from inside the laundry room, push through the full duct to the exterior hood, then vacuum everything out. We also clean the flap, scrub the hood louvers, and check the transition hose between the dryer and the wall (those crush easily and trap lint on their own). Once it's all back together, we run the dryer for five minutes and check airflow at the hood with a meter.
