- Descale and disinfect garbage disposal, dishwasher and washing machine

What does "lock in your rate for life" really mean?
The monthly price you sign up at is the price you keep, even when my rates go up for new members later. Stay enrolled, stay locked.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yep. No long contract. Cancel with 30 days notice and we're square. If you ever rejoin, you come back in at the rate of the day, so most folks just stick with it.
Do you cover homes outside Mulino?
Membership covers homes around Mulino, Molalla, Oregon City, Canby and West Linn. If you're a little outside that loop, give me a call and we'll figure it out.
What if something breaks between visits?
Call or text and I'll get you on the schedule. Members get priority over one-off work, and your discount on handyman services applies to that visit too.
What counts as a "small repair" on Diamond?
Quick fixes that take 15 minutes or so during your visit. Things like swapping a switch, re-anchoring a loose handle, caulking a small gap. Bigger jobs still get a quote, just at your member discount.
